You have to purchase a Serial Number from us. Then enter the Serial Number every time you are to remove a Windows password. Well, it's a little different from other popular programs that once the Serial Number is entered, the Demo version becomes the Full version permanently. So, please take care of your Serial Number.

It can only work based on a CD/DVD, USB Flash drive or floppy disk. So, you have to prepare a blank CD/DVD, a USB Flash drive or a floppy disk if intend to remove the password with the ISO image file. Windowsloginrecovery.iso ISO image file is automatically located in your installation folder, if you have Windows Login Recovery installed on your computer.
7. How does Windows Login Recovery work?
The core in Windows Login Recovery to remove the password is the Windowsloginrecovery.iso ISO image file, which can only work based on a CD/DVD, USB Flash drive or floppy disk. If you have the program installed on your computer, it is automatically located on your installation folder. You burn it to a CD, then boot the locked computer from the CD, launch the program, locate the user name and proceed to remove the password. It is super easy to use.
8. I've downloaded and installed your software, but where is the ISO image file?
The ISO image file is in the installation folder of your program.
9. I'm scared of the command prompt, can I use your program?
Yes. It won't be that difficult as you though for the command prompt. You don't have to do that many interactions, but to enter orders like yes, no, 1, 2, 3, etc. for the program to forward will be OK. 10. I can still login Windows with Guest account, can I use my computer to burn the CD?
No. Guest account has very little privileges for the operation of the computer, and you are not allowed to burn CD with the Guest account. So, it's better to burn the CD with other computers.
11. What if my CD isn't blank?
If your CD/DVD is containing data, you are unable to burn the ISO image file onto the CD/DVD. Please make sure the CD/DVD is blank with no data.
12.I failed to burn the CD/DVD, what can I do?
1. Please check whether your CD/DVD is empty or not, if with data, the burning will fail.
2. Please check whether your optical drive is a burner.
3. Please check whether your burner works fine.
If still fail to burn the CD/DVD, it may be the question of our burner software, please use other software to have a try, like Nero, Sonic, Roxio, etc. If you are not familiar with CD/DVD burning, we recommend you to try BurnCDCC, which is easier to use.
13. I've already burned the software onto my CD with Nero, but I failed to boot the computer from the CD, what's up?
Well, if you use Nero for the burning, then you may have burned the program onto the CD as ordinary data, like a movie file, etc. The ISO image file is special, so we recommend you to use the built-in burner to burn the software.
14. I failed to burn the CD/DVD, what can I do?
1. Please check whether your USB Flash drive is well connected to the computer.
2. Please check whether your USB Flash drive works fine.
3. Please check whether your computer USB port works fine.
4. Please check whether your USB Flash drive is connected well while the burning
If still fail to burn the USB Flash drive, it may be the question of our burner software, please use other software to have a try, like Nero, Sonic, Roxio, etc. If you are not familiar with CD/DVD burning, we recommend you to try BurnCDCC, which is easier to use.
15. What if I use a USB Flash drive containing data?
The data on the USB Flash drive will be overwritten, so please back up before the burning.
16. I've used your program removed the administrator's password. But when I restart the computer, on the Welcome screen appears only the ordinary user accounts. Where is the administrator account? How can I login Windows with the administrator's account? I'm using Windows XP.
The administrator's account won't appear on the Welcome screen, when you are starting Windows XP. You may login with the administrator's account by pressing the key combination Ctrl+Alt+Del (Del two times) to display the Login Dialog Window, on which displays a user name text box and a password text box. Type "Administrator" in the user name and leave the password text box empty, and hit "Enter" to login your computer under administrator's account.
17.After the password is removed, is the user profile going to be changed or removed?
No, the password is only one of the many properties of the user profile. Removing the password won't change other properties.
